At Omnipure Filter, our custom filter manufacturing services are designed to provide a superior filter solution for even the most challenging drinking water and industrial liquid applications. We use the latest cartridge technologies, supported with activated carbon to ensure consistent, micron-sized filtration and dependable odor removal. Our custom inline filters serve an array of OEM needs, especially food and beverage processing. They're available with micron ratings that range from 0.5 to 20. In addition, they can be integrated with either KDF, polyphosphate, GAC, resin, or Aquabond media types. They're designed to perform at a minimum flow rate of 0.5 GPM @ 60 psi and at a maximum flow rate of 2.0 GPM @ 60 psi.

Our products are manufactured in the United States and subjected to a rigorous inspection process that includes stringent in-house testing, independent verification, and random sample evaluations. We believe that our success depends on the customer's input and we work to engineer custom filter solutions that both meet and exceed their expectations. As a result, our products are optimized for taste, odor, chlorine, lead, cyst, and chloramine reduction. We’ve manufactured filters for applications that include drinking water, scale inhibition, sediment removal, school safety, and more.

Our facility is geared for virtually any production capacity, from prototyping to high volume runs. We have the equipment and resources to take on either simple or complex projects. We’re proud to serve industries nationwide including commercial, laboratory, light industrial, pharmaceutical, pumping, restaurant, and others.
